It’s always one of our perennial favourites, and this year marks the debut festival by new director Ruth McGowan.
While we await their full programme this month, a few initial highlights have been announced including AFTER, a merging of live dance and film by maker, performer, curator and choreographer, Liv O’Donohue which contemplates the end of the world, and Cock, Cock… Who’s There? an award-winning performance about violence and intimacy by documentary maker Samira Elagoz (Finland/Egypt).
Meanwhile, electro-rock provocateuse, Peaches, is back again with Peaches Christ Superstar, her own terrifically twisted tribute to Lloyd Webber’s musical.
