Figure out what you are and what differentiates you from every other club night around you. Get your branding and social media on point. Email people you think are interested and will give you some kind of write up or exposure.

Find a venue that works for you.

Be sincere. Work hard. Be professional. Love the party.

Host the most talented and inspiring artists you can find.

Work with the community the event is for.

Know that club spaces are community spaces.

Learn from and connect with people doing similar things around the world

Keep the party accessible – keep the tickets costs down.

Keep the party sustainable – pay everyone fairly.

Listen to your critics. Keep adapting.

Have fun.
