Popular burrito joint Boojum has just rolled out its largest-ever menu revamp, adding eight new Signature dishes, brand-new proteins, craveable sauces and yes, finally, Patatas.
The new menu features a slick new range of Signature dishes, designed for speed and flavoursome ordering, including six fully loaded burritos or bowls, and two crisp, punchy salads built around modern eating habits and big, confident flavours.
Standouts? The Fully Loaded Chilli Bowl is comfort food dialled up to eleven, layering cult Mexican rice with beef chilli, queso, pickled onions and chorizo crunch’um.
Meanwhile, the California Birria brings serious West Coast energy with slow-cooked beef birria, crispy spiced patatas and fresh guac — rich, indulgent and properly messy.
Fans of salad can enjoy a new Chipotle Caesar Salad that puts a smoky Boojum spin on a classic, while fan-favourite Cholula Hot Honey Chicken graduates to permanent menu status.

And then there are the Patatas — crispy, golden, Mexican-spiced cubes that can be ordered on the side, loaded into burritos or bundled with the brand-new Snacking Tacos.
Arriving stacked with fillings such as chorizo and patatas with macha salsa, or carnitas with pineapple habanero, these soft tacos come served in pairs, making for ideal grazing territory.
Build-your-own traditionalists can relax – it’s the same Boojum energy, just levelled up, with even more ingredients such as birria beef, macha salsa, pineapple habanero and red guacamole to help create some flavoursome mayhem.
Dig in!
The new menu lands Wednesday January 28th, in-store and online.
