Pitch Perfect – Note

Note are the new kids on the wine bar block. And they’ve arrived with aplomb.

Taking over the space formally frequented by Probus on Fenian Street, they bring all the smarts to their bespoke round tables and terrazzo floor. There’s a distinct feel of easy continental with all the ‘try hard’ behind the scenes rather than in your face.

The space was designed and built by AB Projects, while the décor in the stairwell and dining room includes a selection of note-worthy original art curated by Rubio and the team at Hang Tough Contemporary.

Branding for the new enterprise was undertaken by Amsterdam based James Cullen, with offerings at the Note Bureau, their specialty café and retail store, curated by Indigo and Cloth.

On the wine front, your Vinino standing will be embellished with an electic range from winemakers with a story – natural wine from Sicilian Nino Barraco, orange wines from Gut Oggau (Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe) in Austria, champagne from Stéphane Regnault in the Côte des Blancs. Starting at a low forties price point, it’s a sip, swirl and savour affair.

Bureau: Wed to Fri, 8am – 2pm, Weekends 9pm – 2pm.

Bar: Wed – Sun 5pm to late.

26 Fenian Street, Dublin 2
