We’re loving the new Gaffe kitchen residency at Leonard’s Corner, which has just taken over the kitchen at the popular Dublin 8 pub.
Billed as an‘intimate service in a pub setting’ it’s run under the expert stewardship of innovative chef Dan Chambers, and a quick look at the menu reveals some very nice choices.
The genial team there are offering a selection of Small Plates, including Ham Hock Terrine with Mustard and Pickles, and a choice of Large Plates featuring Quarter Pounders with Cheese and tasty dishes of Mussels with Cider.
Sundays see them serve up a nice selection of lunch, with some lush desserts also in evidence, including a very fine Chocolate Ganache, with local Teeling Whiskey Cream and Cherry.
