Oysters get their day in the sun at The Shelbourne this month, as Dublin’s Grand Dame celebrates thirty days in their honour with a seriously tempting menu at No. 27 Bar & Lounge.
An enticing menu line-up brings together some of the country’s finest, including a delicious selection from Carlingford in Louth, Flaggy Shore in Clare and Kelly’s Giga Oysters in Galway Bay.
Choose from classic half-shell, zesty Ponzu or Tempura Oyster Truffle, sample an Oyster Bloody Mary, or go all out with the indulgent Shelbourne Lawyer, which sees the September fav paired with Liscannor crab and a Green Spot whiskey glaze.
There’s also a nice selection of Champagne and cocktail pairings to match.
The Oyster Month menu is available at No. 27 Bar & Lounge right through until September 30th.
