Following a complete revamp, Bullet Duck and Dumpling has just reopened on Mary Street Little, boasting a fresh, new menu featuring a feast of Hong Kong style roasted meats, based on Irish reared produce from Silverhill, Manor Farm and FX Buckley.

In addition to succulent offerings such as Roast Char Siu Pork, Crispy Pork Belly and Soy Free Range Cantonese Style Chicken, the restaurant also hosts a unique dining experience that sees Head Chef Fu Yuan Huang and an experienced team of Asian Roast Meat specialists cook up a spectacular five course Peking Duck Banquet.

Using duck specially bred in Co Monaghan by Silverhill, the intricate process sees the entire bird served across a substantial menu that includes Duck and Winter Melon Broth, Hand-Made Cantonese Roast Duck Dumplings, Rainbow Shredded Duck Stir Fry, Duck Fried Rice and Duck and Steamed Pancakes with House Hoisin, Cucumber, Scallions and Pickled Daikon.

Bullet’s stunning Peking Duck Banquet is available by pre-order by mid-week only, for two or four people, on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Bookings can be made by email, phone or by messages via Instagram or Facebook.

Mon – Sun, 12pm to 10pm.
