To celebrate the opening of the new upstairs dining room at Bresson the Monkstown restaurant plays host to a gourmet evening of fine wines and wild game on Thursday 29th November.

Chef Temple Garner has prepared an eight-course menu, where the delicious range of dishes on offer include an eclectic selection of Kildare Rabbit, Mayo Wild Boar and Grouse from Yorkshire. 

Meanwhile, Sommelier Katie Hildrum has been hard at work selecting some very special and rare wines with the option to match these to the courses.

The evening is priced at 85 euros per person for the menu and the option of wine pairings is  65 euros. Places are limited to 35 people only.
