As part of celebrations to mark 15 years on Andrew Street, Caroline Boyle and the team at Salamanca Tapas Bar & Restaurant have just launched a colourful new publication that neatly encapsulates their passion for all things Spanish.

Showcasing many of the mouthwatering dishes enjoyed by visitors to the Dublin restaurant over the years, A Taste of Salamanca contains a terrific selection of recipes by head chef Aleksander Dimitrov specially adapted for making pinchos and tapas dishes at home.

Those interested in creating more substantial dishes are also well catered for, with a lip-smacking selection that includes delicious chicken and chorizo paella, lamb cutlets with mojo picon sauce and a tasty recipe for crispy pork belly with romesco sauce.

Designed to equip readers with ideas and tools to cook Spanish food to suit any occasion A Taste of Salamanca also includes tips for putting a well stocked Spanish larder together, as well as Caroline Boyle’s suggestions for party and dinner tapas menus based on recipes in the book.
