With summer finally here the focus is on all things playful as Taste of Dublin sets about transforming the Iveagh Gardens into a food lover’s playground.
In addition to a terrific array of artisan produce and menus, visitors can look forward to witnessing the Taste of Dublin debut of longtime ethical food advocate Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
Other highlights include signature dishes from Dublin’s restaurants, the final of the World Class Bartender of The Year competition and chef Simon Lamont’s handy twenty-minute hacks for creating dishes that promise ‘all play with no work’.
Taste of Dublin takes place from Thursday June 14th to Sunday June 17th.
