With a menu born of a fun filled trip to New Orleans and ambitions firmly set on ‘bringing the dirty south to the Northside’, the NOLA inspired fare at Krewe on Capel Street offers a no-holds-barred taste of the Cajun and Creole food culture of New Orleans and Louisiana.

An extensive selection of Dirty Fries boasts potatoes cut, then served no less than seven different ways, while their signature offering comes smothered in a decidedly filthy truffle, black garlic and smoked onion mayo, with scallions, crispy onions and parmesan.

Their substantial Brunch Menu includes a choice of hearty dishes such as Double Stack Cheese Burgers, Camellia Hash, and Nola Benedict featuring hot fired chicken and waffles, with Killer Po Boy available as a weekly special.

The provenance of their food is also proudly displayed, with meat from Hugh Maguire in Ashbourne and Ray Collier in Howth, fish from Doyle’s Fishmongers in Ballycullen and coffee from Dublin 8 suppliers Imbibe.

Wash it all down with a bevvie of your choice from a selection of classics such as Mai Tai, Sazerac or French 75.
