Cronuts, kale, poke… Each has enjoyed time in the spotlight in recent years as global food trends run the gamut from gut-busting sticky buns to healthy greens and Hawaiian seafood.

This year word has it that food and drink lovers can look forward to the continued dominance of food on the healthy end of the spectrum.

Happy eating!
