With the heat of summer making way for the more mellow temperatures of autumn, we’re starting to see the season’s bounty reflected in menus across the city.

In the kitchen at Charlotte Quay, Head Chef Gareth Naughton has been experimenting with some fascinating new flavour combinations, garnering praise for dishes such as Roasted Scallops with Fennel Barigoule, Pear and Golden Raisins.

Meanwhile, a recent midweek special teamed hearty Boudin Noir with Greengage Plum, Pickled Beetroot and Smoked Eel, seriously whetting our appetite for the upcoming autumnal bill of fare at the popular waterside eatery.

Dinner and a selection of generous sharing plates can be enjoyed on two relaxing outdoor terraces from Tuesday – Sunday, with weekend brunch options available until 3.30pm. Bookings: info@charlottequay.ie
