Spring has finally sprung, and as seasonal wild Irish garlic makes a welcome return to kitchens throughout the city, the accommodating folk at Charlotte Quay have been busy incorporating the tasty aromatic favourite into a variety of bright sunny dishes.
The talented kitchen team have been showing off the flavoursome ancient Irish herb at its very best with a number of delicious menu specials including Bresaola, Fried Crispy Egg, Wild Garlic Dressing and Pecorino.
Generally regarded as one of the best spots to soak up some nice early spring sunshine in Dublin, the popular waterside spot also offers a beautiful selection of organic and natural wines, while a lovely choice of Brunch specials can also be enjoyed from noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
