Celebrating its 21st birthday, Culture Night continues to wow with an amazing programme of events throughout the country on September 18th.
We could be here for weeks highlighting what’s great but instead of that we’re gonna send you to Bewley’s on Grafton Street for our hot hot tip of the night, the Soul Juice Jam.
Soul Juice is Dublin’s live improvised music community, usually housed in The Sugar Club, bringing together musicians, vocalists, rappers, poets, and music lovers for an evening of spontaneous creation.
Inspired by London’s thriving jam scene, Soul Juice creates a space where collaboration comes before perfection and every performance is unique.
It’s hosted by Irish/Cuban hip hop artist Qbanaa and her red hot house band and there’s a guest DJ from Dublin hip hop artist Mickartz. If you wanna jam just buy a ticket and present yourself at the door.
