The Irish Film Institute presents a screening of Pat O’Neill’s 1989 film Water and Power. Combining collage, time-lapse and superimposition to chart the battle between industry and nature, this experimental documentary is a must see. The film will be preceded by Sagus Series, an earlier work by O’Neill.
