Ranganathan rivals Richard Ayoade for ubiquity across UK media channels these days.
He’s got his podcast Hip Hop Saved My Life, broadcast his BBC comedy show The Ranganation this summer and has various other deals in recent years ranging from panel show host, travel shows and playing Judge Romesh in a spin on the well-trodden courtroom format.
So, he’s squeezing in the The Cynic’s Mixtape tour among all these demands. Ranganathan’s mordant and deadpan style riffs on everything from his lazy eye, ethnic background and the tribulations of fatherhood.
