After Eight is an early club night in Dublin where the dancing starts at 8pm in the intimate basement of Pawn Shop on Dame Street and finishes at midnight.
Organised by Icelandic-Irish founder Giita Hammond expect pumping electro synth bangers, techno, Italo, house and disco and a very sweaty dance floor.
The next After Eight party will take place on May 23rd, with Governess, who has been an integral part of Dublin’s Club Scene for over a decade. She’s played in most of the country’s best venues and festivals, with most of the country’s hottest crews. Currently helming a monthly radio show on DDR called Governess Goodies, her DJ sets have been described as fun and whimsical, with a touch of nostalgia.

Combining Dark Moody Dubstep with Reggae, HipHop, Breakbeats, D&B and UKG as well as Club Classics. Expect the most random and exciting Bmass music while she’s taking control of the decks.
Dancing from 8-12. Support as always by resident Giita.
Entry €10, tickets on Eventbrite
