Over at Whelehans Wines on the N11, their fascinating Exploration Thursdays series invites participants to dig into a different wine theme over the next few months.
Small on group size and big on flavour, each session serves up guided pours, thoughtful insights and plenty of “ohhh, that’s what I’m tasting” moments.
Each evening’s offerings come paired with a carefully curated cheese and charcuterie plate from Iciar, chosen to bring the wines to life and help participants make the most of each mouthful.
And with just 16 seats available per night, we’re told that these relaxed and convivial sessions are all about good wine, stimulating conversation, and learning as you go.
