Tallaght’s Priory Market, which opened at the end of June, is home to many immigrant chefs looking for collaboration and support for their businesses.

The market was launched by chef Anna Haugh, a native of Tallaght who recognized the need to bring business, food and culture to Dublin.

The new venture aims to create a home without the stress and cost of a full restaurant, and allows migrant-led small food businesses test their menus and expand their support.

From Afro-Caribbean to Lebanese cuisine, each vendor brings unique flavor and backgrounds and, as an added bonus, everything at the market is 100% compostable.

The space has a patio, coffee roastery, brewery and wine bar, demo/event spaces and more and looks set to become a much needed destination venue for foodies citywide.

Priory Market is open seven days a week from 11am to 11pm with a coffee shop from 8am. Please support if you can.
