Boasting spectacular panoramic views with a 360° wraparound taking in the iconic Dublin skyline, The Rooftop Bar & Terrace at Anantara The Marker Dublin recently reopened with a stylish new look.

Located in the building designed by renowned Portuguese architect Aires Mateus, the warm, inviting space now includes a cosy fire-pit, with new low-slung seating and chic high bar stools.

At the heart of the experience is a stunning new menu from Executive Chef Gareth Mullins, which fuses bold Thai and Asian flavours with fine Irish ingredients.

Ideal for sharing, the gorgeous menu of inspired small plates showcases such delicious ingredients as lemongrass, chilli, lime, and coconut, and is nicely complemented by a thoughtful choice of cocktails.

This month sees The Rooftop Bar and Terrace at Anantara The Marker Dublin play host to Spice-Up Sunday, a sensory journey through Asian-inspired small plates, signature cocktails against a backdrop of laid back tunes.

There’s a welcome cocktail on arrival followed by a specially curated sharing menu which includes dishes such as Wagyu Beef with Korean Pear and Teriyaki, Dublin Bay Prawn Wontons, Crisp Gochujang Chicken, and Flaggy Shore Oysters kissed with fresh lime, chilli and mint.

Spice-Up Sunday at The Rooftop Bar is €65 per person, which includes a selection of sharing plates, a welcome drink on arrival and live entertainment. In case of bad weather, the event will be hosted indoors at Forbes St. by Gareth Mullins.
