There are very many things wrong with this song, let’s start with the title, Nova? Really? Why would you name your song ‘average explosion’ that’s so embarrassing, but it was also a fair warning to the listener as to what to expect once you hit play. I’ve never been so bored in my entire life, generic lyics, generic sound- they’ve not brought anything new to the table and certainly haven’t managed to win us over here at Totally Dublin. I’m sure this song will have it’s moment though, you know, at school discos? They’re image clearly doesn’t reflect the music and having (out of an overwhelming desire for an ear-bleed and curiosity) listened to other songs off the same album, come to the conclusion that ‘The Sound Of Arrows’ actually have potential to be an interesting band, unfortunately they have yet to prove it.
