Irish indie label Paper Trail, responsible for delectable releases from Cloud and Beach Moon/Peach Moon last year, unveil their newest babies, with Hot Cops (from up North) playing Sweeney’s alongside notorious garage pop raggamuffins Me & My Dog. Hot Cops channel nineties and and noughties indie with big names like Pavement and Deerhunter being dropped, suggesting they might have a thing for layers of hazy feed back. Record shop-cum-record label Little Gem, brainchild of I Heart The Monster Hero’s Andy Walsh, pops up again this time on Kildare Street in the intimate the confines of Molloy & Dowling Opticians.
