An open call has been launched by Staycity Group inviting Dublin’s cultural and creative community to reimagine a significant new space at its aparthotel on Francis Street, Dublin 8.
Located on the historic site of the former Tivoli, the location is being offered at a heavily subsidised rent to art-collectives, not for profit groups, community-based practitioners etc. for a three year residency, in an attempt to help creatives build a cultural hub in the centre of the city.
In relation to the launch, Staycity Group CEO and founder Tom Walsh states; “The Tivoli space on Francis Street offers a unique opportunity for artists, cultural practitioners and community-focused groups to help define a new cultural landmark in the heart of The Liberties”.
Applications are invited from eligible groups by 17 May 2026. A two-stage selection process, assessed by an internal and independent external panel, will conclude by the end of June.
