With more than 100 students already enrolled for its upcoming term, The Dice Players is inviting aspiring performers, creative minds and anyone looking to build confidence to join its growing acting community in Palmerstown this autumn.
Founded by actor and drama educator Dessie Hickey, The Dice Players has established itself as one of Dublin’s leading adult acting schools, offering professional training in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether stepping onto a stage for the first time or looking to refine existing skills, the school’s wide range of courses caters to all experience levels.
Running from September 5th to October 24th, the new term features an exceptional team of tutors drawn from across Ireland’s acting, theatre, comedy and performance industries.

Leading the programme is founder Dessie Hickey, whose passion for drama education has helped hundreds of students develop both their performance abilities and personal confidence. Joining him is an impressive lineup of industry professionals including Katherine Lynch, Noel Brady, Cathal Quinn, Stephen Jones, Joanna Donnelly, Elizabeth Moynihan, Katie Conlon, Shane Robinson, Mo O’Connell and Agnes Kulesza.
Classes take place at the historic Palmerstown Parish Hall and Palmerstown Community School, providing students with a spacious and professional environment designed for performance training, voice work and practical workshops.
