M.I.O. Prints

M.I.O Prints has recently launched her ‘Made In Nigeria’ collection. This collection is a collaboration between M.I.O Prints and Nigerian pattern designer, Grapes Pattern Bank. M.I.O Prints wanted to create their own unique design by using abstract shapes to tell a story. This collection captures the balance between elegance, trendiness, and unique style.

M.I.O Prints also worked with Nigerian creatives including  photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists and a modelling agency. These were used on the shoot to add cultural elements to the collection. M.I.O Prints has also just launched her first swimwear collection featuring the ‘Zain’ pattern. We love the Zain swimwear, with the  halter neck style and it’s mesh detail.

Blood Monkey Gin

The name “Blood Monkey” comes from an old naval term for a seafarer who used to drill into the officers’ barrel of grog to steal the liquor inside – hence the brand’s icon being a brass drill bit.

This new Irish gin goes against the grain of recent Irish gin launches, by bringing a new taste profile to the growing gin category. Blood Monkey and new Blood Monkey Spice Storm are designed as sipping gins – one of only a few gins that can be drunk neat as well as in a traditional gin and tonic or cocktail.
