PsyCare Ireland, a registered charity and the leading festival welfare service in Ireland, has just announced a special benefit concert at Hen’s Teeth, Dublin 8, on Friday, May 16th, kicking off at 8pm.
This unmissable night will feature a stellar lineup of Irish electronic talent, headlined by internationally acclaimed Derry-born and bred producer The Cyclist, who will play live. Best known for fusing DIY busted techno, gauzy melodic house, jungle, and footwork, he’ll be joined on the evening by KAYCEE, one of Ireland’s most sought-after DJs with a reputation for high-energy, genre-bending sets. Also in the mix is Governess, whose electric blend of club classics, bad gal anthems, and deep cuts from reggae to drum and bass guarantees a dance floor in full swing.
Those attending on the night are promised a night of top-tier music, dancing, connection, and community, all while supporting a critical cause. In addition to a banging lineup, the night will feature an exciting raffle with prizes including festival tickets to some of Ireland’s top music events: Éalú Le Grá, Duke Du Mont @ D8 in the Garden, and Fuinneamh.
Guests will not only enjoy a fantastic night out but also contribute to a cause that makes Irish festivals safer. All proceeds will go directly toward funding vital services provided by PsyCare Ireland’s including 24-hour mental health support, crisis care, and substance harm reduction at festivals and events nationwide.
“This event is about more than just music,” says PsyCare Ireland founder Mick Ledden. “It’s about coming together as a community to support safer, more compassionate spaces for festival-goers.”
Founded in 2021, PsyCare Ireland is a registered charity that provides peer-to-peer welfare support and substance harm reduction at festivals nationwide. In 2024, PsyCare supported seven festivals, including District X, Éalú Le Grá, Another Love Story, and Fuinneamh. The organisation believes that mental health support at festivals can be lifesaving and is committed to ensuring that it is available if needed.
