As Summer finally arrives, a combination of Irish oysters and Polish wines are proving to be very popular in the coastal village of Blackrock.
The weekly tasting event, which takes place every Wednesday at the Sea Shanty upstairs in Conway’s Bar, showcases the lovely produce available from Poland’s emerging wine producers.
The carefully selected range of delicious tipples comes paired with a series of enticing seafood dishes such as fresh Irish Oysters and Seafood Tacos, prepared and plated by convivial hosts Sebastian Sainz and Elena Segura.
Tickets include a welcome glass of Polish fizz on arrival, followed by a rotating menu of seafood dishes, with a selection of Polish wines available to purchase by the glass or bottle.
