Following a series of very successful weekend pop-ups over the past few months, Niall Sabongi has confirmed that his popular Salty Buoy Food Truck is set to drop anchor at Skerries Sailing Club for the summer.

The move sees the canny chef and fishmonger dishing out an incredible selection of seafood on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 8pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from midday to 7pm.

Featuring a menu that changes daily, visitors to the coastal Dublin village of Skerries can look forward to sampling a gorgeous selection of sustainable seafood including tasty Hake Kievs, Oysters and Lobster Rolls served in deliciously fresh rolls made by the local Rock Bakery in Skerries.

Skerries Sailing Club also has a ground floor bar that is open to the public making it a great spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy some of the best seafood to be found in North County Dublin.
