Shuck it! It’s Oyster Season

We’re settling in for the much anticipated return of Native Oyster Season, one of our favourite times of the year. We can’t wait to sit on a high stool and get a taste of that salty goodness, shucked and served virgin or lightly grilled, washed down with a nice glass of something cool and refreshing.

We’re particularly looking forward to checking out the much-lauded Flaggy Shore oysters with spikey Scotch Bonnet mignonette that are currently all the rage at Hawksmoor.

To celebrate their first season in Dublin, the accommodating newcomers have lined up a tempting offer dubbed Oyster and Martini Hour(s) with half priced oysters (€1.50) and limited-edition martinis made from Boatyard Gin (€12) available between 5pm and 7pm.

Rock up, and pull up a pew at the bar. Offer available until Friday September 29th.
