One of New York’s most celebrated Irish bars is set to cross the Atlantic for a very special Dublin collaboration this September.
The crew behind The Dead Rabbit are joining forces with Mark Moriarty Studio for three exclusive evenings, in an initiative that sees their legendary cocktails paired with Moriarty’s food in his new spot at Wilton Park.
The special collaboration continues a partnership forged between Mark Moriarty and Dead Rabbit founder Jack McGarry in New York, where the success of the Chef Series helped stimulate tastebuds and spark renewed interest in authentic Irish food in the U.S.
The Dublin leg offers diners here a chance to sample a taste of the talent and creativity that has won The Dead Rabbit eight Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, including World’s Best Bar, twice.
A special five-course dinner will be paired with five Dead Rabbit cocktails, with Glendalough Distillery joining as pouring partner under the stewardship of their Head Distiller, Ciarán ‘Rowdy’ Rooney.
With just 20 seats per sitting, tickets are €250 for five courses and five cocktails and bookings open Monday, August 31st at 11am. The dinners take place at 6.30pm on the evenings of September 22nd, 23rd and 24th.
Expect a joyous celebration of modern Irish food and drink from three names with plenty of ideas about where the Irish culinary story can go next. We can’t wait!
