We’ve been ogling the Corned Beef Sandwich special at The Stag’s Head on Dame Lane for a little while now, and quite frankly, who can blame us?
Enveloped in tasty Bretzel sourdough, the old school fav features Guinness braised Irish Corned Beef with sharp Dubliner Cheddar Cheese, Sauerkraut, Pickled Gherkins and Mustard, arriving at the table accompanied by their signature rustic fries and brined onions.
Pair it with a pint of plain and you’ll understand why, in the midst of the somewhat interesting times we are currently blessed to inhabit, Dublin can sometimes still be heaven.
