The team at Six by Nico Dublin have been conjuring up platefuls of sunshine with a series of evocative six-course menus inspired by destinations and experiences as diverse as Miami, Ibiza, the Amalfi Coast, Hollywood, Ancient Rome and The Circus.
Their current offering transports taste buds to Greece and its islands via a flavoursome selection of dishes guaranteed to evoke memories of Dodecanese decadence in days of yore.
The Grecian menu includes traditional Moussaka, Sea Bass, Olives, Tzatziki, Meze and Baklava, while their take on the traditional Greek dish Gyros sees Breast of Chicken served with Tomato and Oregano Terrine, Crispy Confit Potato, Roasted Garlic Emulsion and Tempura Pickled Chilli.
Promising ‘a taste of sun, sea and simplicity’ the Greek Menu (€50pp) is available with suggested wine pairings (€40pp) until October 9th, with dedicated menus tailored to meet the tastes of vegans and vegetarians also available. Yamos!
