Cirillo’s

With the cost of living crisis crippling our collective will to live as well as our bank balances, why not ease the burden with some homemade hooch?

Take a Saturday trip to the Coole Eco Community in Ferbane and learn how to make high-end artisanal wines from fruit and foraged flowers.

To make the course as accessible as possible, organisers are operating a sliding scale pay system so that everyone can take part. It affords a rare occasion to learn to safely make your own wines, complex in flavour, free of additives, and at a fraction of the cost.

The day covers talks on ingredients, equipment, and safety, and also teaches recipes and the science behind the craft.

2pm Saturday April 6th. €25-35.
