This month sees newbie Daphni springing to life in the basement of the recently relaunched Bolands Mills, where at time of writing, the Animal Collective, the team behind Bonobo, Kodiak, and Caribou were busy putting the finishing touches to their latest venture.
Expect their trademark blend of ambience, culinary delights, and drinks offerings, with interiors designed by the award winning Studio O’Connor, and work by sonic magician Toby Hatchett also in the mix.
Daphni may have only just begun, but we already get the feeling that we’re going to love her!
