Remember when the whole country used to eat fish on Fridays, whether they liked it or not? Now thanks to the efforts of sustainable seafood advocates and chefs like Niall Sabongi, we’ve fallen back in love with the sea and its treasures.

This coming Good Friday and Easter Saturday sees a welcome chance to kick back, relax, and enjoy some of the best seafood around as Niall Sabongi’s much loved Salty Buoy Food Truck pops up at Skerries Sailing Club in North County Dublin.

For two days only, the truck will be dishing out some of the most incredible and sustainable seafood around, including their popular oysters, lobster rolls, and juicy Hake Kievs.

Niall Sabongi will also be showcasing his continued commitment to sustainable seafood practices by creating a very special signature dish incorporating locally sourced razor clams from Skerries Harbour.

The Salty Buoy is also pairing their tasty lobster rolls with freshly baked rolls from the recently-opened Rock Bakery in Skerries. Yum!

The Easter Weekend Pop-Up takes place at Skerries Sailing Club on Good Friday and Easter Saturday, April 7th and 8th.
