With new life being breathed into the Irish whiskey scene, this month sees a special evening showcasing distilleries where the work of women is very much to the fore.
On Wednesday March 11th, Seáneen Sullivan, distinguished Mistress of Malt at L Mulligans Grocer, moderates a spirited panel discussion featuring whiskey luminaries Caroline Martin, Master Distiller at Roe & Co.; Vathouse Technician Bronagh Kelly of Midleton Distillery and Tracey Flinter, General Manager at Pearse Lyons Distillery.
