With boxes of six now delivered to the door, we confess to going at it wholesale, spooning it into our gobs straight from the jar in sweet, unencumbered communion.
We are now lining up Kwanghi Chan’s Black Garlic Peanut Chilli Rāyu for a similar fate, spurred on by the tantalizingly complex Szechuan kick that lingers lovingly at the back of the throat long after we’ve finished licking our lips.
