Baking maestro Ray O’Neill has been educating Dubliners in the art of cake making for many years now at one of the city’s most loved Cafés.
He recently raised the craic levels with an idea based on the Bake Off concept beloved of Derry Girls and armchair cake enthusiasts alike.
Ray’s Cake Café Bake Off sees teams of two compete across categories including pastries, cakes and cookies, with prizes awarded for each ‘Best in Show’ creation.
Workshops (min 8 people) start from €65 per person and all competitors leave with a box of home-made baked goodies.
