We continue to live with our half baked efforts at home-based pizza-making while we await word on the possibility of restaurants opening up again. In the meantime, the powers that be at BoCo have devised a new way of giving you a delicious restaurant style pizza fix at home.

The Dublin pizzerial specialises in thin-based pizzas cooked for two minutes at 500 degrees in a naturally wood-fired oven. They have come up with a half-baked pizza kit that comes freshly prepared and delivered to your door, ready to be assembled at home.

Each Kit contains 2, 3 or 4 wood-fired pizza bases, crushed tomato sauce, Toons Bridge fior di latte, plenty of toppings for whatever pizzas you’ve ordered and a portion of wood-fired garlic mayo. Kits will keep in the fridge for 3 days and as an added bonus, all packaging is 100% compostable.

Obviously nothing beats the magic of BoCo pizza served fresh from their woodfired oven, but beggars can’t be choosers, and this is a good contender for the next best thing.  Full instructions on how to cook each kit to pizza perfection are available on the website here.

Pre-order for delivery on Friday, Saturday & Sundays between 4 & 6pm – you choose which day when ordering. Pick-up option also available.
