Just before Christmas three siblings realised a long-held ambition to build a family-style restaurant in the heart of Crumlin. Their new venture is located on the first floor of The Gate Bar, a pub that’s been deeply rooted in the local community for more years than we care to remember.

Co-founded by Chris, Brendan and Liam Kelly, the NYC inspired menu at 3 Brothers focuses on ‘Pizza, Wings and Things’, baked in a woodfired pizza oven at the heart of the venture.

Chris Kelly says that while the ‘things’ section of the menu features pretty much every diner classic imaginable, including Nachos, Popcorn Chicken and Philly Cheesesteaks, their main focus is on “really great pizza made with the finest fresh ingredients and all homemade dough and sauces.”

An extensive cocktail menu is also available, with choices ranging from retro cocktails, to modern, innovative twists on tried and tested classics.

With seating for over a hundred, the attractive space features stripped back bare bricked walls, neon signage and industrial style furnishings. There’s also a private dining space which makes for an ideal venue for small local parties and special occasions. Takeout also available.
