Baked and Bottled, an offshoot from the creators of Piglet Wine Bar, recently opened its doors in Ashtown, where the new neighbourhood bakery, café and wine bar is currently serving up gorgeous coffee, pancakes and pastries.

Menu highlights so far include Lemon and Poppy Seed Pound Cake with Toasted Meringue, Fennel and Sage Sausage Rolls made with Croissant Dough, and Banoffee Bread and Butter Pudding.

The newcomer is now also selling a nice selection of vino, and recently hosted their first wine night, featuring copious amounts of cheese, charcuterie and wine.

In addition to the great bakes on display in the shop, they also accept orders for individual occasion cakes via DM or email. Give them four days’ notice and watch them bake up a storm.
