Alison Tierney is one of the finalists in the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year competition. The eight selected finalists will participate in the two-day chefs’ conference Food On The Edge in Galway on October 21 and 22. The final will be held on November 10 in the Dublin Cookery School in Blackrock.
