In addition to overhauling the design of its bottle for the first time since its inception in 2014, this summer has also seen Dingle Distillery adding a new flavour to its award winning collection.
The Kerry based makers have been busy bottling the spirit of Ireland’s south western coast courtesy of a flavoursome new collaboration with local producers West of Dingle Sea Salt.
Built on the distillery’s award-winning botanical recipe, Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt pairs vibrant citrus with a delicate saline finish, elevated with hand-selected Spanish oranges, distilled separately to maximise their bright, zesty flavour.
Nicely capturing the fresh, coastal character of the Dingle Peninsula, the new expression offers fans of the world-beating gin a taste of the refreshing Wild Atlantic Way without leaving their gaff.
