Mad Yolks is an independent food truck and breakfast delivery service, dedicated to bringing the protein packed brekkie staple beyond the realm of morning eating.
Their eggcellent menu includes the signature ‘Mad Yolk’, which features scrambled eggs with fresh chilli & chives, caramelised onion, smoked applewood cheddar, rocket & sriracha mayo served on toasted brioche.
You’ll find them at The Barber’s Bar Stoneybatter (Tues-Fri 4pm – 10pm) and on Saturdays at The Red Stables Market in Raheny.
