Shout out to Grill King Andy Noonan whose latest venture sees him cooking up a storm from a food truck in a yard off Clanbrassil Street.

Baste BBQ To Go sees succulent free-range meats such as Shorthorn Beef, Tamworth Pork Belly and Gaucho Sausages slow smoked over wild cherry wood and oak whiskey barrel staves, then cooked daily, sliced to order and served ready to eat.

The click and collect offerings are complemented by a decidedly enticing selection of fresh sides and sauces made from scratch. And what with Andy being the Smokehouse fan that he is, lovers of BBQ can look forward to all sorts of delicious meaty innovations, as well as some exciting collaborations on the low ‘n’ slow side.

Keep a beady eye on their social channels for updates and news of events such as the recent dinner prepared by Nick Reynolds of Lil Portie, where diners feasted on spectacular jerk Pork shoulder brined overnight with dried lime, coriander seed and orange slices. Tasty!

Orders open 5pm Monday for Click and Collect orders Thursday – Sunday evenings.
