The IFI has teamed up with the Goethe Institut for this year’s German Film Festival, presenting a set of carefully curated new German cinema dealing with death, immigration, and drama students. Running from the 10th until the 16th of May, the Film Festival’s highlight is Volker Schlöndorff’s new release, Calm At Sea, a study of a WW2 French internment camp from the New Wave master.

Want to go it? Fancy a glass of wine into the bargain? We’ve got two pairs of passes up for grabs. Email editor at totallydublin dot ie with your name and a contact number before 7pm tomorrow with an answer to this totally ungoogleable question: which Breaking Bad character is Volker Schlöndorff a doppleganger of?
