The ‘Batter gets some visual pimping in this exhibition of work by Carolyn Walsh. Black and white images of familiar haunts such as Slice, Lilliput Stores, Proper Order, Fish Shop, Mulligans and Cotto get new hues from Walsh’s brushstrokes. Using a mixture of painting, collage and transfers in a series of 20+ paintings and limited edition prints, Walsh flies the artist flag for the D7 hood.
