Her name is not one that’s necessarily on the tip of most Dublin music musos. And this is partly to do with the fact that she’s been primarily based in Brooklyn. Her single Waking Life marked a more pop direction with its shimmering synths and shuffling beats. Hopefully she’ll drop her new single, Can’t We Pretend, at this show and we can see if this is a more permanent direction for her.
