In the company of Totally Dublin’s editor and design columnist, the magazine will explore what it takes to design for dining from moodboards, to sourcing, to ironing out the kinks and avoiding the pitfalls. We’ll be joined by designer Acky Fakhry as he talks us through what it took to make note what it is. We’ll also have chef, founder of Ómós and Totally Dublin contributor Cúán Greene as he shares his perspective from dining experiences worldwide as well as behind the pass.
